What to include for an accurate quote
The more the cleaner knows about your home, the closer the first price will be to the final one. Include the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the rough square footage, any pets, the home's current condition, the type of clean you want and the days that work for you. A sentence or two about problem spots helps too.
A few details make the biggest difference:
- Type of clean: standard, deep cleaning, move-out or recurring
- Size: bedrooms, bathrooms and approximate square footage
- Pets: how many, and whether they shed
- Condition: when the home was last professionally cleaned
- Timing: preferred days, or a move-out or event date
What happens after you send it
A local cleaner reviews your request and follows up to confirm the details. They may ask a question or two, or ask for a couple of photos if the job is unusual. Then they give you a price. You decide whether to book, and nothing is scheduled until you say so.
Offices and commercial spaces
Use the same form for a business. Tell us the type of space, the approximate square footage, the number of restrooms, how often you want cleaning and whether it needs to happen after hours. Our commercial cleaning and office cleaning pages explain what that service covers.
Prefer to call or email?
That works too. Call (518) 464-8817 or email [email protected] with the same details listed above, and a cleaner will take it from there. If you're emailing, a few phone photos of the kitchen and bathrooms can save a round of questions.
